IT systems and software procedures used for the functioning of the website acquire, during their normal operation, certain information whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected by the data controller but possibly by the service provider responsible for technical maintenance. This information is not collected to be associated with identified persons or data subjects, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This data category includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the website, the addresses in Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the the user's operating system and computer environment. This data is not used by the Data Controller other than to monitor and check the correct functioning of the website and is deleted immediately after such processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical cyber crimes against the website or service provider.
